Job Description

At Santander Bank N.A, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Consumer and Business Senior Relationship Banker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with consumer and business customers to build customer loyalty and generate revenue.You must have a passion for customer service and excellent problem-solving skills to be successful in this role. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of banking products and services and a proven track record of success in sales and customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with consumer and business customers to build customer loyalty and generate revenue.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
  3. Deeply understand and be able to explain banking products and services to customers.
  4. Utilize a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
  5. Maintain a strong sense of customer service while working in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Support and contribute to the team’s goals and objectives.
  7. Monitor customer accounts for any changes or issues.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable banking regulations.
  9. Adhere to all Santander Bank N.A policies and procedures.
