Job Description

Santander Bank N.A is looking for an ambitious and creative Consumer and Digital Transformation Intern to help us lead the digital transformation of our consumer banking division. As an Intern for the Consumer and Digital Transformation team, you will work with a team of professionals to help identify, prioritize, and implement innovative digital solutions that will help create a more seamless customer experience. We are looking for an individual with excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills who is eager to learn and contribute to the success of our digital transformation initiatives.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. In addition, the successful candidate will have experience with digital transformation, digital marketing, and analytics. The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is also essential. Above all, we are looking for a team player who can collaborate with colleagues and demonstrate a desire to be a part of a successful team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Consumer and Digital Transformation team with identifying, prioritizing, and implementing innovative digital solutions.
  2. Work with the team to create a more seamless customer experience.
  3. Utilize problem-solving skills and strong communication skills to drive digital transformation initiatives.
  4. Leverage knowledge of digital transformation, digital marketing, and analytics to contribute to the team.
  5. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues and demonstrate a desire to be a part of a successful team.
