Director, Information Risk Management

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the Bank's information risk management program.
2. Ensure the Bank's compliance with applicable regulations, corporate policies, and standards.
3. Manage, monitor, and evaluate the Bank's information risk management activities.
4. Develop and implement comprehensive information risk management programs.
5. Identify and analyze potential information risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
6. Monitor and report on compliance and risk management activities.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Monitor changes in the regulatory environment and ensure the Bank's compliance.
9. Ensure the Bank's information security systems and procedures are up-to-date.
10. Provide effective communication and training to staff on information security policies and procedures.
11. Develop and maintain records of information security incidents and investigate as necessary.
