Responsibilities:

1. Analyze data to identify and assess risk factors that may impact Santander Bank’s financial performance.
2. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
3. Monitor and analyze financial policies and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Prepare reports on risk analysis results and present them to senior management.
5. Participate in meetings and conferences to stay informed of industry trends and best practices.
6. Assist with creating and updating internal risk management procedures and processes.
7. Provide support to other departments as needed.
8. Support the team in completing projects and tasks in a timely manner.
9. Generate ideas for process improvements to increase efficiency within the department.
