Job Description

Santander Bank N.A is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims & Fraud Operations Specialist to join our team and be responsible for the processing of our claims and fraud operations. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of and experience in banking operations, fraud prevention, and claims processing.The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to react quickly and accurately to changing system requirements and customer needs.The Claims & Fraud Operations Specialist will be a key player in ensuring that our customers have a safe and secure banking experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and process customer claims and fraud operations in a timely manner.
  2. Investigate and resolve fraudulent activity by monitoring and analyzing customer accounts and transactions.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to fraud prevention.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
  5. Monitor system changes and updates to ensure accuracy.
  6. Monitor customer accounts for suspicious activity and take appropriate action.
  7. Provide timely and accurate customer service in response to inquiries.
  8. Maintain accurate records of all claims and fraud operations.
  9. Ensure customer data is secure and confidential.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other organizations related to fraud prevention and claims processing.
