Job Description

Santander Bank N.A is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Trade Floor End User Support professional to join our team. We are looking for a motivated individual who can provide high-level technical support and excellent customer service to our trading floor users. Our ideal candidate must have a comprehensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, and related software applications and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to trading floor users for hardware and software applications.
  2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, and related software applications.
  3. Monitor and maintain trading floor systems to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Respond to user requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
  5. Provide training and instruction to users on the use of trading floor systems.
  6. Evaluate, test, and recommend solutions for trading floor systems.
  7. Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
  8. Document technical processes and procedures for future reference.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the industry.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
