Executive Recruiter

Working at the Executive level you will be responsible to hire the best leaders for SAP and to actively promote SAP in the marketplace as a destination for top leadership talent. The Executive Recruiter will own the recruiting service delivery to allocated Hiring Managers, ensuring the right hire is made in line with global and local policy and best practice in partnership with our colleagues in HR. Understand SAP business model, organization, strategy and drivers. Understand the Strategy, Organization and Operations of your allocated client group/s. Consult with the business leads to develop a clear understanding of their requirements. Have the ability to operate effectively and act as the trusted expert in the recruiting process. Advise on the best recruiting strategy for each and every hire. Activate and manage the recruitment action plan. Manage the recruitment process and deliver on local requirements e.g. WoC process and other local procedures required in the country of hire.Identify, attract, screen and select candidates.
