
HCM Sales Development Representative
The primary responsibility of the HCM Sales Development Representative is to build and manage a pipeline of software license opportunities and incremental revenue by systematic upselling and cross-selling aligned with field sales executives. Creating and prioritizing strategic cold-calling and prospecting initiatives to generate new business qualified opportunities to build sales pipeline. Conducting high level qualifying conversations with our core audience in a consultative approach over the telephone. Meeting and exceeding pipeline contribution and sourced bookings quota to help accelerate revenue growth. Identifying key buying influencers within prospects to determine budget and timeline.
Preferably 2-4 years’ experience in complex solutions sales
Successful experience in multichannel go-to-market model
Experience working in Human Resources preferred
