- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding all SAP Basis solutions and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP Basis solutions.
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP Basis technologies and updates to effectively communicate and educate customers on new features and functionalities.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to review project status, address any concerns, and provide updates on upcoming releases or changes.
- Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation or maintenance process.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities for customers.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to escalate and resolve any technical issues or concerns.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Represent SAP at industry events and conferences to showcase our SAP Basis solutions and services.
- Provide training and support to customers on SAP Basis solutions to ensure they are able to effectively utilize and maximize the benefits of the software.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, representing the company in a positive manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sap Basis Administration And Support
Strong Knowledge Of Sap Products And Solutions, With A Focus On Customer Engagement
Experience In Project Management, Including Managing Timelines, Budgets, And Resources
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Collaborate With Customers And Internal Teams.
