  1. Plan and coordinate the 2024/2025 internship program for high school students at SAP.
  2. Recruit and select motivated and engaged high school students to participate in the program.
  3. Provide orientation and training to interns to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for interns.
  5. Develop and implement educational and hands-on learning opportunities for interns to gain valuable experience in the technology industry.
  6. Facilitate communication and collaboration between interns and SAP employees.
  7. Encourage interns to actively participate in company events and initiatives.
  8. Monitor and evaluate intern performance and provide feedback for growth and improvement.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Support interns in their personal and professional development.
  11. Promote and uphold SAP's values and culture.
  12. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the internship program.
  13. Represent SAP and the internship program at career fairs and other recruitment events.
  14. Monitor and report on the success of the internship program.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of SAP by nurturing and developing future talent.
