  1. Manage the renewal process for SAP's cloud products and services, ensuring timely and successful renewals.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional cloud products and services.
  4. Utilize sales strategies to effectively negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.
  5. Conduct regular account reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Proactively monitor and track customer usage and engagement to identify potential churn risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and renewal activities in the CRM system.
  8. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the cloud technology industry to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  9. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and growth.
  10. Meet or exceed renewal targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
  11. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  12. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing for renewals.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline the renewal process to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  14. Represent SAP at industry events and conferences to promote our cloud products and services and network with potential clients.
  15. Provide regular reports and updates to management on renewal activities, customer feedback, and market trends.

This Includes The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships, As Well As The Ability To Understand And Anticipate Customer Needs.

  • Negotiation Skills: As Part Of The Role, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Negotiating Contract Terms And Pricing With Existing Customers. Therefore, Strong Negotiation Skills Are Essential For Success In This Position. This Includes The Ability To Understand Complex Contract Terms And Effectively Communicate And Negotiate With Customers.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, As They Will Be Required To Analyze Data And Identify Opportunities For Contract Renewals.
