  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of contract management principles, processes, and procedures.
  2. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all contract management processes, including contract creation, negotiation, execution, and maintenance.
  3. Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Maintain a high level of compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as external regulations and requirements.
  5. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including legal, sales, finance, and procurement, to ensure timely and accurate contract management.
  6. Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any contract-related issues or discrepancies.
  8. Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on contract management processes and procedures.
  9. Utilize contract management software and tools to manage contracts and track key metrics.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  11. Proactively identify and resolve any contract management issues or concerns.
  12. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive contract information.
  13. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the contract management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.

  • Knowledge Of Contract Law And Understanding Of Legal Terminology And Contract Negotiation Principles.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Contract Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Liaise With Internal And External Stakeholders To Ensure Effective Contract Management Processes.
