- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing all technical inquiries and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new opportunities for SAP solutions and assist in the development of proposals and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to management on customer engagement and satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working As A Sap Basis Technical Consultant.
In-Depth Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Sap Basis Technical Components, Including Installation, Upgrades, And System Administration.
Strong Understanding Of Sap Architecture And Integration With Other Systems.
Excellent Communication And Customer Engagement Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
