  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our customer engagement success stories.
  11. Ensure all customer engagement efforts align with company values and goals.
  12. Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization.
  13. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may hinder customer engagement efforts.
  14. Continuously assess and improve customer journey and touchpoints to enhance overall customer experience.
  15. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer engagement efforts with overall business objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Digital Marketing And Customer Engagement: The Ideal Candidate Should Have 3-5 Years Of Experience In Digital Marketing And Customer Engagement, Preferably In The B2B Software Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies, Tools, And Platforms, As Well As Experience In Driving Successful Customer Engagement Initiatives.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Digital Customer Engagement Manager At Sap Should Be Able To Analyze Customer Data And Derive Insights To Optimize Customer Engagement Strategies. They Should Be Proficient In Using Analytics Tools Such As Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Or Similar Platforms To Track And Measure The Success Of Their Campaigns.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Marketing, And Product Development. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate Their Ideas And Strategies To Different Stakeholders And Build Consensus Across Teams.
