2. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional technical solutions to customers.
4. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the stability and efficiency of the cloud infrastructure.
5. Provide support and assistance to customers in their digital transformation journey, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make recommendations for system improvements.
7. Work closely with the security team to ensure the integrity and security of the cloud infrastructure.
8. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
9. Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates and reports on system performance.
10. Train and mentor junior team members on Linux and cloud administration best practices.
11. Take ownership of critical incidents and lead the response and resolution efforts.
12. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for the cloud infrastructure.
13. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
14. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
15. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize the cloud infrastructure, proactively identifying areas for enhancement.
