
End User Support Associate
SAP is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an End User Support Associate. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify, analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely and effective manner. With a customer-oriented mind and friendly demeanor, the End User Support Associate will be responsible for providing exemplary technical support and service to our internal and external customers. The successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a demonstrable knowledge of relevant applications and systems. Additionally, the End User Support Associate should have a passion for providing excellent customer service and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field• At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or technical support role• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Operating Systems• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software related issues• Strong organizational and time management skills• Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks accordingly• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
