- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation of SAP solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
- Utilize your deep understanding of SAP solutions to design and deliver innovative and effective solutions for our customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, including project management, technical experts, and business consultants.
- Lead workshops and presentations to educate customers on the benefits and capabilities of SAP solutions, and how they can drive digital transformation within their organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to customers, providing insights and recommendations on best practices and industry trends.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP solutions and technologies to continuously enhance your knowledge and expertise.
- Identify potential risks and issues during project implementation and proactively work to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their growth and development within the organization.
Extensive Experience With Sap Solutions: A Qualified Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap Solutions, Particularly In The Area Of Transformation And Innovation. This Includes Experience With Sap S/4Hana, Sap Cloud Platform, And Other Sap Products.
Enterprise Architecture Expertise: As An Enterprise Architect, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Enterprise Architecture Principles And Methodologies. They Should Be Able To Design And Implement Complex Architectures To Support Business Transformation Initiatives.
