- Develop and implement global mobility policies and procedures to ensure compliance with immigration and relocation laws and regulations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end global mobility process for employees, including visa and work permit applications, international assignments, and repatriation.
- Advise and guide employees on relocation and immigration processes, providing support and resources to ensure a smooth transition to their new country.
- Monitor and analyze immigration trends and changes in laws and regulations, and make recommendations for policy updates or process improvements.
- Communicate and collaborate with external vendors, such as immigration attorneys and relocation agencies, to ensure timely and accurate services for employees.
- Handle complex immigration and relocation cases, working closely with employees and managers to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees and managers on global mobility policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for all global mobility cases.
- Work with HR and business leaders to develop strategies for attracting and retaining global talent.
- Stay informed on global mobility best practices and industry trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with diversity and inclusion teams to ensure diversity and inclusion are integrated into global mobility processes and initiatives.
- Proactively identify and address potential compliance risks related to global mobility.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees, demonstrating empathy and understanding for the challenges of relocation and international assignments.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy regulations in all global mobility activities.
- Represent the company and promote our diverse and inclusive culture in all interactions with employees, vendors, and external partners.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration Or Relevant Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Global Mobility, Preferably In A Multinational Organization
Strong Understanding Of International Immigration Laws, Tax Regulations And Global Mobility Policies
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Teams And Cultures
Familiarity With Sap Hr Systems And Experience In Managing International Assignments And Relocation Processes.
