  1. Identify and attract top executive-level talent for the organization.
  2. Collaborate with experienced recruiters to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential candidates and industry trends.
  4. Act as a brand ambassador for SAP, promoting the company and its opportunities to potential candidates.
  5. Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  6. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  7. Assist with the coordination and logistics of candidate interviews and assessments.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the company's applicant tracking system.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on recruitment best practices and strategies.
  10. Continuously learn and develop skills in talent acquisition and executive recruiting.
  11. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Executive Recruiting team.
  12. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, drive, and passion for talent acquisition.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards for recruitment.
  14. Represent SAP in a professional and positive manner at all times.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As An Ixp Intern In Executive Recruiting, It Is Essential To Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Hiring Managers, Candidates, And Other Stakeholders. This Includes Both Written And Verbal Communication, As Well As Active Listening Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Emea/Mee Region: A Key Qualification For This Role Is Having A Deep Understanding Of The Emea/Mee Region, Including Its Culture, Business Practices, And Talent Market. This Knowledge Will Be Critical In Identifying And Attracting Top Executive Talent To Sap.

  • Attention To Detail: In Executive Recruiting, Attention To Detail Is Crucial As Even The Smallest Mistake Can Have A Significant Impact. The Ideal Ixp Intern Will Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Spot Inconsistencies Or Errors In Candidate Profiles And Other Recruitment Materials.

  • Multitasking Abilities: The Ixp Intern In Executive Recruiting Will Be Handling Multiple Tasks Simultaneously, Such As Sourcing Candidates, Scheduling Interviews, And Coordinating With Hiring Managers. Therefore, Strong Multitasking Abilities Are Essential To Succeed In This Role.
