- Collaborate with experienced recruiters to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential candidates and industry trends.
- Act as a brand ambassador for SAP, promoting the company and its opportunities to potential candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Assist with the coordination and logistics of candidate interviews and assessments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the company's applicant tracking system.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on recruitment best practices and strategies.
