- Monitor and enforce licensing compliance for all SAP products and services
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to licensing standards
- Stay up to date on licensing regulations and make recommendations for any necessary changes or updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any licensing compliance issues
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with licensing standards
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on licensing standards and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all licensing agreements and compliance efforts
- Analyze data and generate reports on licensing compliance for management review
- Investigate and resolve any licensing disputes or violations
- Conduct training sessions for employees to increase awareness and understanding of licensing regulations
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to the licensing compliance process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Law, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Licensing Compliance Or Software Asset Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Software Licensing Models, Contracts, And Compliance Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Communicate With Internal Stakeholders And External Vendors.
Experience With Sap Software And Licensing Processes Is Preferred, Along With Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Software Licensing Compliance.
