- Conduct regular audits of SAP's software licensing processes to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and standards.
- Review and analyze license agreements to identify any potential risks or non-compliance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and finance, to resolve any licensing discrepancies or non-compliance issues.
- Develop and implement best practices for managing and optimizing software licenses, including tracking and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in licensing regulations and standards, and communicate any updates or changes to relevant teams.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of internal policies and procedures related to software licensing.
- Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on licensing matters, including but not limited to sales, procurement, and product management teams.
- Educate and train employees on licensing regulations and best practices to ensure company-wide compliance.
- Monitor and analyze usage trends and patterns to optimize license usage and reduce costs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline licensing processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all software licenses and related agreements.
