  1. Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize procurement processes at SAP.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business needs and requirements.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  5. Evaluate and negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  6. Monitor and track procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Identify and implement new technologies and tools to streamline procurement processes and increase efficiency.
  8. Train and educate team members on procurement best practices and procedures.
  9. Analyze and report on procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  10. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential risks in the procurement process.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve procurement processes.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth procurement process.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities.
  15. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive procurement process improvements.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Procurement Processes: A Premium Hub - Coe Business Processes Consultant For Procurement At Sap Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Including Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, And Supplier Relationship Management.

  • Strong Consultancy Skills: As A Consultant, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Clients And Understand Their Business Needs.

  • Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In Sap Procurement Solutions, Including Sap Ariba, Sap S/4Hana, And Sap Fieldglass.

  • Project Management Experience: The Role Requires Managing Complex Projects And Delivering Successful Outcomes. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Resource Allocation.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Premium Hub - Coe Business Processes Consultant Should Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Issues Related To Procurement Processes And Systems.
