  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the assigned region.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
  3. Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that align with SAP's products and services.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process and pipeline.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition in the region to inform sales strategies.
  7. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the organization.
  8. Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to close deals and drive sales.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market trends to management.
  10. Continuously develop and enhance sales skills and product knowledge to effectively promote SAP's offerings.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales and meet customer needs.
  12. Represent SAP in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including sales processes and ethical standards.
  14. Travel within the assigned region to meet with clients and attend sales meetings.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for SAP, promoting our values and culture both internally and externally.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Sap Products And Solutions: As A Regional Accelerated Sales Representative, One Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap's Products And Solutions In Order To Effectively Communicate Their Value To Clients. This Includes Both Technical Knowledge And Business Acumen.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Building Relationships With Clients Is A Crucial Aspect Of This Role, So Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential. The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Clients Is Also Important.

  • Proactive And Self-Motivated Attitude: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proactive And Self-Motivated Approach To Sales. This Means Being Able To Identify And Pursue Opportunities, As Well As Being Driven To Continuously Improve And Achieve Success.
