  1. Lead the regional delivery team to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customers in the APJ market.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  4. Manage and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery process to ensure smooth project execution.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination for successful delivery.
  7. Develop and implement best practices and processes to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and guidance to team members.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
  10. Represent SAP at industry events and conferences to promote our solutions and services.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on delivery progress and customer satisfaction.
  12. Continuously strive to enhance customer engagement and service excellence through innovation and creativity.
  13. Mentor and train new members of the regional delivery team.
  14. Act as a point of escalation for any delivery issues and work towards resolving them in a timely manner.
  15. Collaborate with global delivery teams to share best practices and drive consistency across regions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Engagement And Service Delivery, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience Managing A Regional Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Stakeholders.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of The Apj Market And Cultural Nuances, With A Focus On The Malaysian Market.
