As a Sales Manager for SAP CX, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our customer experience solutions.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for SAP CX solutions.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
  3. Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and repeat business.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and market trends.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  8. Forecast and track sales performance metrics.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  10. Mentor and train junior sales team members.
  11. Represent SAP at industry events and conferences.
  12. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understanding of the SAP CX portfolio.
  13. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates to sales management on sales progress and performance.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain ethical business practices at all times.
