- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technology experts, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, develop deployment plans, and execute the project.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and best practices throughout the deployment process.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and status reports to track progress and identify any potential risks or issues.
- Provide subject matter expertise on procurement processes and the capabilities of SAP Ariba's operational procurement solution.
- Conduct training and provide support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new procurement solution.
- Act as a liaison between the client and SAP Ariba, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the deployment process.
- Proactively identify and propose solutions to address any challenges or roadblocks that may impact the successful deployment of the procurement solution.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in procurement technology to continuously improve the deployment process and ensure the solution meets clients' needs.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
