- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on how to optimize their business processes using SAP BTP extensions and integration solutions.
- Drive adoption and consumption of SAP BTP solutions by actively engaging with customers and promoting the benefits of our technology.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and requirements in order to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
- Conduct regular training and workshops to educate customers on the latest features and updates of SAP BTP extensions and integration solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in order to provide innovative and cutting-edge solutions to customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and our development teams, advocating for customer needs and providing feedback for product enhancements.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify potential customers and provide support during the sales process.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and conducting presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of SAP BTP solutions.
- Continuously monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for increasing adoption and consumption of SAP BTP solutions.
- Act as a brand ambassador for SAP by representing the company at conferences, events, and industry gatherings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the entire adoption and consumption process.
Extensive Knowledge Of Sap Btp: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap Business Technology Platform (Btp) And Its Various Components Such As Sap Cloud Platform, Sap Integration Suite, And Sap Extension Suite. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate The Benefits And Capabilities Of Btp To Clients.
Experience In Solution Adoption And Consumption: The Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In Implementing And Integrating Sap Btp Solutions For Clients. This Includes Understanding Business Requirements, Designing And Developing Solutions, And Guiding Clients Through The Adoption Process.
Strong Communication And Consulting Skills: As A Solution Adoption And Consumption Advisor, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Consulting Skills To Effectively Engage With Clients And Present Solutions In A Clear And Concise Manner. They Should Also Be Able To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Sap Integration Technologies: A Thorough Understanding Of Sap Integration Technologies Such As Apis, Microservices, And Event-Driven Architecture Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Leverage These Technologies To Design And Implement Efficient And Scalable Integration Solutions.
