
SAP Customer Experience Sr. Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAP Customer Experience Sr. Manager to join our fast-paced team at SAP. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for customer service. We seek an individual who is experienced in leveraging customer feedback to drive customer-centric initiatives that improve user experience and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer experience role, including leading customer service teams and improving customer experience through data-driven approaches. A background in SAP technologies and a strong understanding of customer analytics, customer segmentation, and user experience principles is ideal. We also require excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to deliver an enhanced customer experience that drives customer loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- Leverage customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven customer experience initiatives.
- Lead and manage customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of customer experience initiatives.
- Utilize customer analytics, customer segmentation, and user experience principles to drive customer-centric initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of SAP technologies and trends in order to remain competitive.
- Actively participate in customer service meetings and events, and present customer experience plans and initiatives.
- Create and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders on the progress of customer experience initiatives.
- Monitor customer experience KPIs and take corrective action when necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
