Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAP Customer Experience Sr. Manager to join our fast-paced team at SAP. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for customer service. We seek an individual who is experienced in leveraging customer feedback to drive customer-centric initiatives that improve user experience and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer experience role, including leading customer service teams and improving customer experience through data-driven approaches. A background in SAP technologies and a strong understanding of customer analytics, customer segmentation, and user experience principles is ideal. We also require excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategies to deliver an enhanced customer experience that drives customer loyalty and customer satisfaction.
  2. Leverage customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven customer experience initiatives.
  3. Lead and manage customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of customer experience initiatives.
  4. Utilize customer analytics, customer segmentation, and user experience principles to drive customer-centric initiatives.
  5. Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of SAP technologies and trends in order to remain competitive.
  6. Actively participate in customer service meetings and events, and present customer experience plans and initiatives.
  7. Create and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders on the progress of customer experience initiatives.
  8. Monitor customer experience KPIs and take corrective action when necessary.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
