  1. Develop and implement program strategies to support the CX Cloud Advisory Team's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of customer experience solutions.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for program details and updates, providing regular communication to stakeholders.
  4. Identify and track key metrics to measure program success and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs, and use this information to make strategic recommendations.
  6. Assist in the development and execution of marketing and outreach strategies to promote the CX Cloud Advisory Team's services.
  7. Support the onboarding and training of new team members, providing guidance and mentorship.
  8. Monitor and manage program budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  9. Act as a liaison between the CX Cloud Advisory Team and other departments within SAP to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the program.
  11. Represent SAP and the CX Cloud Advisory Team at industry events and conferences.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends, and use this knowledge to inform program strategy.
  13. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of program initiatives.
  14. Provide regular updates and reports to management on program progress and results.
  15. Demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business Administration, Computer Science, Or Information Technology.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge And Understanding Of Sap Cx Cloud Solutions, Including Sales, Marketing, Commerce, And Service.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably Within A Consulting Or Advisory Capacity.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
