We are currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Compliance Team as an SAP iXp Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our compliance program, gaining valuable hands-on experience and exposure to various compliance processes and procedures.   1. Support the day-to-day operations of the compliance program.
  2. Learn and understand various compliance processes and procedures.
  3. Assist in identifying potential compliance risks and developing solutions to mitigate them.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to support compliance initiatives and projects.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  6. Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and presentations.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities.
  8. Participate in compliance trainings and learning opportunities.
  9. Communicate with internal stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
  10. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance efforts are up-to-date.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
  12. Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the compliance program.
  13. Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the compliance team.
  14. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within the compliance field.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Sap Compliance Standards: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Sap's Compliance Standards And Policies, As Well As A Basic Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Intern Will Need To Effectively Communicate With Different Teams And Stakeholders, Both Verbally And In Writing. This Includes The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Positive Working Relationships.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Successful Intern In This Role Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Think Critically And Solve Complex Problems. This Includes The Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Trends And Patterns, And Make Recommendations For Improvement.

  • Attention To Detail: The Compliance Team Deals With Sensitive And Confidential Information, So Attention To Detail Is Crucial For This Role. The Intern Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Spot Inconsistencies Or Errors In Data.

  • Sap System Knowledge: While Not Mandatory, Having Prior Knowledge Of Sap Systems And Software Can Be Beneficial For This Role. This Includes Familiarity With Sap Applications And Modules, As Well As Understanding Of Sap's Data Management And Reporting Capabilities.
