- Assist in the planning and execution of SAP iXp program events and activities.
- Collaborate with the CX team to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of solutions.
- Participate in the implementation and management of SAP's CX solutions, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and learn best practices in technology and business.
- Contribute to the success of our CX operations by actively contributing ideas and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to inform decision-making and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, share insights, and collaborate on projects.

Strong Technical Skills: A Sap Ixp Intern - Cx Technical Operations Management Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Sap's Products And Services, As Well As Experience With Programming Languages Such As Java And Sql.
Customer Service Experience: The Role Involves Managing Technical Operations For Sap Customers, So Applicants Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role And Possess Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
Project Management Skills: As An Intern, You Will Be Responsible For Managing Projects Related To Technical Operations. Therefore, Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools Is Required, Along With Excellent Organizational Skills.
Ability To Work In A Team: The Cx Technical Operations Management Team Is A Collaborative Environment, And The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Work Well With Others, Contribute Ideas, And Communicate Effectively With Team Members.
Knowledge Of Sap's Cloud Platform: Familiarity With Sap's Cloud Platform And Its Various Technologies, Such As Hana And Fiori, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. A Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing Principles And Experience With Cloud-Based Applications Is Also Beneficial.
