- Assist in the planning and execution of events and activities for the SAP Experience Center in Berlin.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative and engaging experiences for clients and visitors.
- Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support to all guests.
- Manage scheduling and logistics for events and meetings, ensuring all details are coordinated and executed flawlessly.
- Conduct market research and assist in developing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Create and update event materials, including presentations, agendas, and marketing materials.
- Assist in budget management and tracking for events and activities.
- Support the team in coordinating with external vendors and partners.
- Maintain accurate records and data for all events and activities.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input and ideas for improving processes and experiences.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Marketing, Or Communications
Strong Organizational And Planning Skills With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously
Prior Experience In Event Planning, Preferably In A Corporate Setting
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Event Planning Software
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
