  1. Provide operational support to customers on the Customer Evolution Team.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Sap Systems: The Intern Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Sap Software And Systems, Including Knowledge Of The Various Modules And Functionalities.

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency In Both Spanish And English Is Essential For This Role, As The Intern Will Be Required To Communicate With Both Mexican And International Teams.

  • Operations Support Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Operations Support, With A Focus On Customer Evolution. This Could Include Experience In Customer Service, Project Management, Or Other Related Roles.

  • Analytical Skills: The Intern Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Be Able To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Recommendations For Process Improvements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: As A Member Of The Customer Evolution Team, The Intern Will Be Working Closely With Various Teams Across Different Departments. Therefore, The Ability To Collaborate And Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams Is Essential For This Role.
