- Design and implement asset management and maintenance processes for clients using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- Optimize and manage assets and maintenance processes to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements
- Utilize knowledge of SAP BTP to develop and implement innovative asset management strategies and solutions
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of asset management processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Serve as a subject matter expert on MRO and asset management principles and best practices
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in asset management and maintenance technology
- Train and mentor team members on asset management and maintenance processes and SAP BTP
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure seamless integration of asset management processes with other business operations
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks related to asset management and maintenance processes
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of asset management processes and make recommendations for improvement.
Extensive Experience With Sap Business Technology Platform (Btp): The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap Btp, Including Its Various Components Such As Sap Hana, Sap Cloud Platform, And Sap Analytics Cloud. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Optimizing Btp Solutions For Asset Management And Mro Processes.
Strong Technical Skills In Sap Eam And Sap S/4Hana: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Expertise In Sap Enterprise Asset Management (Eam) And Sap S/4Hana Modules. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The End-To-End Asset Management And Mro Processes, And Be Able To Design And Implement Effective Solutions Using These Technologies.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices In Asset Management And Mro, Including Standards Such As Iso 55000 And Pas 55. They Should Be Able To Leverage This Knowledge To Design And Implement Solutions That Align With Industry Standards And Regulations.
Project Management Skills: A Strong Candidate For This Role Should Have Proven Project Management Skills, Including Experience Leading Complex Projects From Conception To Delivery. They Should Be Able To Effectively Manage Project Timelines, Budgets, And Resources, And Have Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management: As A Key Member Of The Sap Ns2 Team, The Bts Asset Management/Mro Architect Will Be Expected To Interact With Clients, Stakeholders, And Team Members On A Regular Basis. Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills Are Therefore Essential For Success In This Role.
