- Lead and drive the implementation of Available to Promise (ATP) solutions for clients in the EMEA region.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on ATP processes, best practices, and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver ATP solutions that meet clients' business requirements.
- Evaluate and analyze clients' current ATP processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions to enhance their business processes.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in ATP technology to continuously improve and enhance the solutions provided to clients.
- Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions for clients and team members to promote understanding and adoption of ATP solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ATP solutions, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients as needed.
- Proactively identify potential issues and risks in ATP processes and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the ATP consulting business.
- Participate in business development activities, including conferences and events, to promote ATP solutions and services.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of ATP projects, adhering to project timelines and budget requirements.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of ATP solutions and services offered by the company.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Extensive Experience In Business Process Consulting: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Wealth Of Experience In Business Process Consulting, With A Deep Understanding Of The Available To Promise (Atp) Process. This Should Include Hands-On Experience In Implementing Atp Solutions For Clients In The Emea Region.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Solutions: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Sap Solutions, Particularly Those Related To Supply Chain And Logistics. This Includes A Thorough Understanding Of Sap's Atp Functionality And How It Integrates With Other Sap Modules.
Expertise In Center Of Expertise (Coe) Operations: As A Senior Consultant, The Candidate Should Have Experience Working In A Coe Environment, Providing Guidance And Support To Project Teams. They Should Be Familiar With Coe Best Practices And Have A Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With Project Teams, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. They Should Be Able To Articulate Complex Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner And Build Strong Relationships With Stakeholders.
Fluency In English And Local Language: As The Job Is Based In Emea, Fluency In English And The Local Language Is A Must.
