1. Design and implement efficient and scalable infrastructure and operations processes for our cloud services.

3. Monitor and analyze system performance and proactively identify and resolve any issues that may impact the availability and performance of our cloud services.
4. Lead the implementation of security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
5. Plan and execute system upgrades and maintenance activities with minimal disruption to service.
6. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps and cloud technologies and continuously seek opportunities to improve our processes and infrastructure.
8. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and collaborate with them on projects and initiatives.
9. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
10. Act as a liaison between the technical and non-technical teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals and priorities.
11. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process and technology enhancements.
12. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in DevOps and Basis.
13. Collaborate with vendors and other external partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
15. Continuously assess and improve system performance, security, and scalability to meet the growing demands of our customers.
16. Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
17. Participate in project planning and provide input on technical feasibility and resource requirements.
18. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our cloud infrastructure and processes.
19. Act as a subject matter expert in DevOps and Basis and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
20. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
