- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the legal department and its processes.
- Act as a mentor and role model to more junior members of the legal team.
Extensive Legal Knowledge And Expertise: A Senior Legal Counsel At Sap Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Legal Areas Including Corporate Law, Contract Law, Labor Law, Intellectual Property Law, And Data Privacy Laws. They Should Have A Strong Academic Background In Law And Be Licensed To Practice In Their Jurisdiction.
Proven Experience In Corporate Legal Matters: Sap Is A Global Software Company With A Complex Legal Landscape. The Ideal Candidate For The Senior Legal Counsel Role Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Corporate Legal Setting, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Handling Legal Matters Such As Contract Negotiations, Mergers And Acquisitions, Compliance, And Risk Management.
