- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure their satisfaction with BMW services.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales for BMW services.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential new customers and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceed customer expectations.
- Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to customers, showcasing the value and benefits of BMW services.
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing customers, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Monitor and analyze customer performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with BMW’s products, services, and industry developments to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Represent BMW at industry events and conferences to promote the company's services and build brand awareness.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Automotive Industry
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets
Strong Understanding Of The Bmw Brand And Its Products, As Well As The Automotive Market In General
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients
Familiarity With Sap Software And Solutions, With The Ability To Effectively Demonstrate And Sell These To Clients In The Automotive Industry.
