In this role, you will be responsible for selling our BTM solutions, which include Signavio, LeanIX, and WalkMe, to our clients.   1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote and sell our BTM solutions to existing and potential clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  3. Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  4. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our BTM solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, product development, and marketing to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
  6. Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the BTM team.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to continually improve and enhance our sales approach.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on our BTM solutions, proactively addressing any client concerns or questions.
  11. Travel to client locations as needed to conduct sales meetings and build relationships.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
  13. Mentor and train junior sales team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance to achieve their sales goals.
  14. Represent SAP at industry events and conferences to promote our BTM solutions and expand our network.
  15. Adhere to SAP's code of business conduct and ethics in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Business Transformation Management (Btm): The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Btm, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving Business Transformation Initiatives For Clients Across Various Industries.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Signavio, Leanix, And Walkme: The Senior Solution Sales Executive Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge And Expertise In The Products Offered By Signavio, Leanix, And Walkme. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Their Features, Functionality, And Benefits For Clients.

  • Proven Sales Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Sales Background, With A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets. They Should Have Previous Experience Selling Software Solutions To Enterprise Clients, Preferably In The Btm Space.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Senior Solution Sales Executive, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Presenting Complex Solutions To Clients And Building Relationships With Key Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills. They Should Be Able To Understand Clients' Pain Points And Propose Tailored Solutions That Address Their Specific Needs. This Requires A Deep Understanding Of The Btm Landscape And The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively.
