Job Description

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a (Senior-) Solution Sales Executive for SAP SuccessFactors HCM EGC at SAP. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our market-leading cloud-based HR solution to enterprise customers.   1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth for SAP SuccessFactors HCM EGC solution.
  2. Identify and target potential enterprise customers in the HR industry, utilizing market research and industry knowledge to effectively position the solution.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers at potential client organizations.
  4. Conduct in-depth needs analysis and consultative selling to understand customer pain points and present tailored solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, product, and marketing, to develop customized proposals and presentations for clients.
  6. Effectively negotiate and close deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively position the solution in the market.
  8. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, including revenue and activity goals.
  9. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and progress, providing accurate and timely sales forecasts.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for SAP SuccessFactors HCM EGC, representing the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner at industry events and conferences.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
  12. Provide regular feedback to the product team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product development and improve sales strategies.
  13. Mentor and train junior sales team members, sharing best practices and knowledge to drive team success.
