- Serve as the main point of contact for technical landscape management and service delivery for the ECS Delivery to Tech team.
- Lead and manage the technical landscape for our clients, ensuring its stability, scalability, and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies for technical landscape optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and provide solutions to meet business needs.
- Monitor and analyze technical KPIs to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of technical services to clients, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our technical landscape services.
- Mentor and guide junior technical team members, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline technical landscape management and service delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert for all technical landscape-related inquiries and escalations.
- Manage and prioritize workload and resources effectively to meet business objectives and deadlines.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other TLOs and TSMs to share knowledge and best practices for technical landscape management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards in all technical landscape services.
Extensive Experience In Technical Landscape Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Complex Technical Landscapes, Including Sap Systems, Databases, And Middleware.
Strong Knowledge Of Sap Technologies: The Candidate Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Various Sap Products And Technologies, Such As Sap S/4Hana, Sap Business Suite, Sap Erp, Sap Netweaver, Etc.
Proven Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Tlo/Tsm, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Technical Experts. Therefore, They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Teams And Driving Them Towards Achieving Common Goals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders, Both Internal And External. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With All Stakeholders.
