- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for enterprise architecture and BPM solutions in the Italian market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and other sales documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and network with potential clients.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-learning.
- Work closely with the Italian sales team to share best practices and collaborate on sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, and provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to management.
- Act as a brand ambassador for SAP, representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Enterprise Architecture And Business Process Management (Bpm) Principles And Best Practices.
Fluency In Italian And Effective Communication Skills To Engage With Italian-Speaking Clients And Stakeholders.
Proven Experience In Solution Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry, With A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Understanding Of The Italian Market And Business Landscape, Including Key Players And Competitors.
Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Decision-Makers And Stakeholders, And Drive Successful Sales Cycles From Start To Finish.
