  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell SAP's CX solutions.
  2. Conduct market research and identify potential customers to target for sales.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and promote SAP's CX solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to meet customer needs.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  6. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Create and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of SAP's CX solutions.
  8. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  9. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of SAP's CX solutions and their capabilities.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for SAP and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  11. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments and trends related to CX solutions.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction post-sales.
  13. Train and mentor junior sales team members on SAP's CX solutions and sales techniques.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  15. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective marketing strategies to support sales efforts.
