  1. Design and implement efficient and effective systems to support customer and partner operations.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into system design.
  3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in system architecture and design.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify system requirements and propose innovative solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
  6. Develop and maintain system documentation, including diagrams and technical specifications.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Conduct regular system performance evaluations and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Ensure system security and data privacy measures are in place and updated.
  10. Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  11. Participate in project planning and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  12. Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on system development and maintenance.
  13. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to system design and implementation.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to system design and maintenance.
  15. Collaborate with other senior architects to align system design with overall company strategy and goals.
