Techinical Quality Manager(TQM)

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in all SAP products and services.
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis of SAP products to identify and report any defects or performance issues.
- Develop and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive and efficient testing of all product features.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality assurance process.
- Monitor and track product quality metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on quality assurance processes and procedures, providing guidance and training to team members and other departments.
- Participate in product design and development meetings to provide insights and recommendations on improving product quality.
- Actively contribute to the overall success of the company by promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or Software Testing, Preferably In A Technical Or Software Development Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Devops.
Experience With Sap Software And Systems, Including Knowledge Of Sap's Quality Management (Qm) Module.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Manage Cross-Functional Teams.
