Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Apparel Sales Representative to join our team at Scheels All Sports! This position is perfect for someone who loves fashion and enjoys working with the public. As a member of our Apparel Sales team, you will use your knowledge of fashion trends and customer service skills to help customers find the perfect apparel item.In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for our customers, providing product knowledge, and enhancing the overall store appearance. You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior experience in retail sales, and a passion for fashion. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist customers in the apparel section of the store.
  2. Use knowledge of fashion trends to help customers find the perfect apparel item.
  3. Provide product knowledge on different apparel items.
  4. Create a positive shopping experience for customers.
  5. Maintain the overall appearance of the store.
  6. Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  7. Process sales and returns at the register.
  8. Ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and attractively.
  9. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards customers.
  10. Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
