Job Description

At Scheels All Sports, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Apparel Sales to join our team! We offer a friendly and dynamic atmosphere where you will be able to build relationships with customers and continuously expand your knowledge of the apparel industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the outdoors. The Apparel Sales position is a great opportunity to help customers find the perfect apparel for their outdoor lifestyles and activities. If you are an enthusiastic team player and have a strong customer service orientation, this job could be an excellent fit for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide an excellent customer service experience to customers.
  2. Build relationships with customers and expand knowledge of the apparel industry.
  3. Assist customers in finding the perfect apparel for their specific outdoor lifestyle and activities.
  4. Maintain a friendly and dynamic atmosphere in the store.
  5. Assist customers with product selection, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
  6. Ensure the store is well-stocked and merchandise is arranged in an attractive manner.
  7. Greet customers and provide assistance as needed.
  8. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
  9. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  10. Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures.
