As an Asset Protection Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees. You should be a self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure. 3. Utilize safety protocols and loss prevention strategies to deter shoplifting and other criminal activities.
4. Maintain records of incidents and violations for future reference.
5. Communicate with other departments regarding risk mitigation and safety procedures.
6. Investigate and address any customer or employee complaints.
7. Train new staff members on safety and security protocols.
8. Respond to emergency situations as needed.
9. Remain up to date with current safety regulations and technologies.
10. Ensure store compliance with asset protection policies and procedures.
