Loss Prevention Investigator

Responsibilities of a Loss Prevention Investigator:

1. Monitor customer and employee activity in store to identify and prevent theft and other suspicious activities.
2. Investigate incidents of theft and other suspicious activity and prepare detailed reports on findings.
3. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other outside parties as needed to resolve cases.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of loss prevention policies and procedures.
5. Maintain store security and surveillance equipment.
6. Educate store staff and customers on loss prevention practices.
7. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
8. Utilize excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
9. Remain up-to-date on current laws and regulations pertaining to loss prevention.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.
