Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team at Scheels All Sports. Our ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills as well as a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping to ensure that our warehouse is organized and efficient while providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for sports and are a detail-oriented individual, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• High School Diploma or GED• Previous experience in a warehouse setting• Ability to lift and move heavy items• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time• Ability to accurately count and track inventory• Ability to read and understand instructions and printouts• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Knowledge of safety protocols for warehouse operations• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to learn new software quickly

Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process incoming inventory orders and shipments.
2. Unload, inspect, and verify accuracy of incoming shipments.
3. Record and track inventory levels and update warehouse management systems.
4. Assist with picking, packing, and filling customer orders.
5. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
6. Plan and execute efficient inventory stocking procedures.
7. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
8. Provide excellent customer service to customers and colleagues.
9. Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
10. Monitor and report any discrepancies in inventory levels and quality of products.
